Good afternoon golfers, I hope this finds you well and you are having a good golfing weekend. I just wanted to take the time to update you on the emailing out of members pro shop account statements. This is something I am very keen to do on a monthly basis and I am currently working towards achieving this. The main issue I have had is that when I moved to the club in May I had to change my data base over from Teign Valley members to Exeter members. My Xpos company had difficulty making the switch and when they did finally manage to do it they duplicated the Exeter members data base so we had every member with 2 accounts. One had all your details on but no transaction's and the other no details but all your transactions. I have been told the only way around this is to manually transfer data and delete the duplicate account! This as you can appreciate is a very time consuming job and not something I have been able to undertake through the busy golfing season. However I am working my way through this process and aim to be able to start sending out statements from the start of next year. I appreciate your understanding on this matter.
