Grips Save Shots  

It is a fact that grips in poor condition will lead to inferior performance and scoring. When grips start to wear out and lose traction your ability to hold the club with the correct grip pressure is severely affected.

New Shop Image

As most of you will be aware I am very keen to provide you with one of the very best Pro Shops in the South West. This is based upon my desire to give you a great choice of brands and products at very competitive prices and with a service second to none.  I have recently added a couple of interior improvements and at the end of last week had some signage added to the shop door and windows as well as inside the shop. This really has helped to enhance the professional image that I am keen to portray. I hope you like how the shop is taking shape ready for the season ahead.


 

Camera, Action, Ready

Four Man Team Event  

Another big field took to the course in the four man team event last Saturday. 2 teams recorded 97pts but winning on countback was the team of Andy and Chris Rockey, Humphrey Richards and Simon Husband. They pipped Colin Chalk, Dave Leverton, Nick Smith and Tim Gill to top spot. 3rd place went to Pat Williams, Rob Kew, Steve Rice and Darren Taylor who signed for 96pts.


 

Would You Like To Be A Club Tester? 

I am in need of some volunteers to help me with some new product testing. 

We have had delivery of some of this season's new hardware product and I am looking for some golfers to help me with the testing. 

Rather than the product reviews just coming from myself I want some feedback from golfers of varying handicaps and abilities. 

This also includes lady golfers. The aim will be to choose some candidates and then invite them along one evening for a couple of hours for some testing. 

Results of the testing will be published in the weekly newsletter.
