Hello golfers,
I hope this finds you well. We have had another busy week at the club with plenty of golf being played. I don't know about you but I have a real buzz about this year and think it is going to be a brilliant golf season ahead and am confident we are going to see some fantastic golf being played. We have a busy run of events coming up with The Directors Cup and the Ladies Pro-am fast approaching.
Parker Trophy
Congratulations to the Exeter Parker Trophy team on their victory in the first round at East Devon against Fingle Glen. The team has a good chance of going a long way this year.
Wednesday Stableford 19th April
Andy Phillips took top spot in the Wednesday Stableford last week with 38 pts beating Jack Moxey on countback. In 3rd was Chris Furzer also on 38 pts with Eddie Stapleton the 4th player to record the same score.
Men's 4 Man Team Open
Over 200 golfers took to the course to compete in the Men's Spring 4 Man Team Open. The prizes were dominated by members teams. Winning the event with a great score of 90 pts was the team of Kev Walkling, Mark Hawkesby, Mark Crouch and Tom Hislop. Runners Up were Martin Jose, Tony Cockayne, Tom Stenner and Dave Slee with 89 pts and 3rd were Grenville Pope, John Ware, Lee Gresham and Rob Strachan.

Titleist Vokey and Scotty Cameron Trial Day Success!
It was great to see so many of you attend and benefit from our Titleist Vokey and Scotty Cameron trial day. Having the benefit of trying products with a Titleist fitter on hand was a great experience for many people.
