Titleist Pro V1 or Pro V1x? Let’s take brand-new Pro V1 and Pro V1x models as an example. You'll no doubt have seen these sitting in the pro shop before. Well, for 2021 they've had a big upgrade but the question remains: How do you know which one is right for your game? Well, as you can see in the graphic below, the Pro V1 will give you a lower, more penetrating ball flight with a softer feel. Whilst the Pro V1x spins more in the long game (this helps it get that extra height), it is noticeably firmer around the greens. Oh, and let's not forget about the AVX either - the softest and lowest flying ball out of the three. So, if you had to choose one to put into play in your next round, which would it be? |
